1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Core Ready Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration number 7054401471, handles personal information in connection with the Aman safety reference application ("Aman", "the App").

2. What information Aman uses

Aman is intentionally minimal. It uses only the following information, and all of it stays on your device:

2.1 Information you provide

• Your country selection (e.g. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait) — needed to show you the correct emergency numbers and rights.
• Your language preference (one of 14 supported languages) — needed to display the app in your language.
• Your trusted contact's name and phone number, if you choose to add one — used only to let you call or message that contact with one tap. You may add, edit, or remove this at any time.

2.2 Information accessed only when you ask Aman to act

• Your approximate location (GPS coordinates) — accessed only at the moment you tap a "share location" button. Aman does not run in the background. It does not track your location at any other time.

3. Where this information is stored

All of the information above is stored only on your phone, in the browser's local storage. It is not transmitted to Core Ready Solutions, to any server, or to any third party.

If you uninstall Aman, clear your browser data, or use Aman in private/incognito mode, this information is erased from your device.

4. What information Aman does NOT collect

• We do not collect your name, age, gender, nationality, or identity documents.
• We do not collect or store your location history.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising IDs, or cookies for marketing.
• We do not have user accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to forget.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone — because we do not have it.

5. When Aman opens other apps on your phone

When you tap a phone number, WhatsApp button, SMS button, or map link inside Aman, your phone opens the relevant app (your dialer, WhatsApp, your messages app, or a map app). Once you leave Aman, those apps have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We recommend reviewing them separately.

Specifically:

• Emergency numbers (911, 999, 19911, etc.): Your call is handled by the relevant Saudi or GCC government service. Aman does not contact emergency services on your behalf and is not affiliated with them.
• WhatsApp: If you use the panic button to share your location via WhatsApp, your message and coordinates are sent through WhatsApp's infrastructure under Meta's privacy terms.
• SMS: Your message and coordinates are sent via your mobile carrier's SMS service.

6. Children

Aman is a safety reference tool. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a person under 18 uses Aman, the same protections apply: nothing is collected, stored, or transmitted by us.

7. Your rights under Saudi PDPL

Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree M/19, as amended), you have the right to:

• Know what personal data is being processed about you
• Request a copy of your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for processing

• To see what is stored: open Aman — your country, language, and trusted contact (if any) are visible in the app.
• To correct it: change your country at the country selector, language at the language button, or trusted contact in the Trusted Contact card.
• To delete it: tap "Remove this contact" in the Trusted Contact card, or clear your browser's site data for aman.coreready.com.sa in your phone's browser settings.

8. Data security

Because Aman holds nothing centrally, there is no central database for an attacker to breach. The website is served over HTTPS, which encrypts your connection. The app itself is open to inspection — anyone who wants to verify the privacy claims here can read the source code in their browser.

9. International data transfers

Aman does not transfer your personal data internationally because Aman does not collect your personal data. The application files are served from Cloudflare's global content delivery network, which may serve the app to your device from a server inside or outside Saudi Arabia. Cloudflare receives standard technical information (your IP address, browser type, connection time) for the purpose of delivering the application, in accordance with their privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. This is the same way every public website on the internet works.

10. Disclaimers

Aman is a safety reference. It provides general information about emergency numbers, worker rights, and embassy contacts. It is not legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for professional services. In any life-threatening emergency, call your country's emergency number directly.

Aman does not call emergency services for you. Aman does not monitor your situation. Aman does not guarantee a response from any third party (government, embassy, or trusted contact).

11. Changes to this policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will appear at this URL and the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be highlighted inside the app.

12. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
